The house layout is nice. Absolutely needs some paint, repairing up in a handful of places and new furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. From the outside, the residence looks a little “run down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks with the neighboring properties, they would be well outside of our price selection. The interior photos have been accurate and everything worked fine.
